I had the pleasure of visiting your dealership on December 21st, 2009. I had done quite a bit of research on Jeep vehicles and all of the area's dealerships prior to my visit. I was impressed by your website and the thorough explanations of how prices were determined as well as the amount of information available on each vehicle that was in stock.

I had pretty much figured out exactly which make and model I wanted to purchase prior to my visit. Because I am a single working mom with limited time, I called ahead and made an appointment with the particular salesperson, Rob Boulder, who was assigned to the vehicle that I was interested in hoping to expedite the process. True to his word, Rob had the vehicle sitting out front, gassed up and ready to test drive when I arrived.

Rob is definitely an asset to your company, as well as Ryan Hurd and Brad Johnson! They were all courteous, honest, knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Their willingness and patience with me was astounding and greatly appreciated. Your team demonstrated a great working relationship and I felt like I received a high level of service on every aspect of my vehicle purchase.

Just wanted to send a note of thanks. I just drove my Honda Ridgeline home after picking it up this morning. Rob picked me right on time at the airport and had the truck looking great!
